Snack Shack Schedule

General Instructions: On your team's assigned day, send 3 volunteers from your team (16 years old or older) to the Snack Shack for your team's shift.  At least one of your volunteers should be able to grill.  If you have any questions about your scheduled shift, please email [email protected], or ask your Team Manager or Division Coordinator for guidance.


Please find the date and time your team is scheduled to volunteer in the snack shack and then use our sign up genius to let us know who will be coming. This will allow us to properly plan for the amount of help we will have. 

The snack shack is a vital part of our fund raising to help keep our registration cost down. Without the support of our families, we may be subject to closing the snack shack on Saturday's or minimize what we are able to sell. If you are not a coach or a Team Manager for your team, please support your team and the region by helping cover your teams shift. Each team is only responsible to cover a shift on one Saturday for 2-2.5 hours. Each team should send 3 volunteers
